Husband. Father. Coach.
Builder of leaders and lasting impact.

Man with a beard and glasses smiling, standing on a staircase indoors, wearing a navy blazer, white shirt, and jeans.

That realization marked a turning point.

Trevor stopped chasing more and began rebuilding from scratch, starting with alignment. Mindset. Faith. Identity. Leadership. When those came into order, everything else fell into place. His business evolved. His presence deepened. His leadership became calmer, clearer, and more effective.

Today, Trevor helps entrepreneurs and executives do the same.

Over the past decade, he has coached high-performing leaders, founders, athletes, and CEOs who look successful on the outside but feel disconnected on the inside. His work has helped some of the fastest-growing companies scale past $50 million in total client revenue by strengthening the one variable that determines everything else. The leader at the center.

His clients have included organizations such as Accenture, Chick-fil-A, Penske Truck Leasing, USA Medical, Healthcare Network of Naples, and David Bayer Businesses, along with countless entrepreneurial firms committed to growth with integrity.

Trevor is the founder of TJM International Coaching and The SalesMind Academy. His work has reached millions of leaders worldwide through coaching, speaking, and content focused on mindset, leadership, and faith-driven growth.

Yet, behind every framework, every result, and every conversation is the same conviction.

If you don’t build the leader, success will eventually collapse.

Every driven leader reaches a crossroads. Gratitude for what has been built meets a quiet hunger for what is next. You know the cost of success. You have felt the weight of early mornings and late nights. You have tasted achievement and realized it does not quiet the soul.

Here is the truth.

What got you here will not get you there.

The next level of leadership, the kind that honors God, strengthens your family, and sustains your calling, requires a different approach. Not more hustle. Not more pressure. Alignment.

This work is not about doing more.
It is about becoming who you were called to be.

The question is not whether you are capable.
The question is whether you are ready.

Working with Trevor Maloney creates a shift that goes far beyond strategy or performance.

For much of his life, Trevor lived in the tension many high performers know well. Driven. Disciplined. Successful by every external measure. And quietly restless inside. His mind never slowed down. Rest felt undeserved. No matter how much he achieved, it never felt like enough.

He chased productivity to feel worthy. Growth to feel secure. And like so many leaders, he tried everything that promised an edge. Routines. Habits. Self-help systems. Performance tools. Some of it worked for a season. None of it solved the deeper issue.

What Trevor eventually discovered changed everything.

A leader does not break under pressure from business.
A leader breaks when he abandons the parts of himself that were never meant to be compromised.

That truth did not come from theory. It was forged through experience.

Trevor was raised by his single mother after his father left when he was born. By the age of four, he had lived in four different homes.

Many years later, he and his wife experienced the devastating loss of their first son.

Those moments reshaped his understanding of resilience, faith, and leadership. They taught him that strength without alignment eventually collapses, and that success without peace is not success at all.

A former Division 1 athlete, Trevor understands discipline at the highest level. He also understands its limits. Drive alone cannot sustain a life, a family, or a legacy. Self-leadership must come first.
